While all districts use digital attendance tracking, some have a specific requirement for a "Name to Face" process and need to run reports showing the staff-to-student ratio at any given time for any given program.
Yes, administrators can generate attendance reports. Currently, these are available as CSV downloads, though we have an active project that will make the reporting more user-friendly and automated before the end of 2024.

Currently all districts using Attendly offer school year and summer programs. The available programs and schedules may differ between these periods.

If the district selects this, students who are not selected in the lottery are automatically placed on a waitlist. If a selected student is dropped from a program, the system will randomly select the next student from the waitlist to enroll in the program.

In addition to basic registration, parents may need to fill out school required forms and/or acknowlege district policies such as a parent handbook.
If the school district decides this then there is an automated lottery system. Parents can register during an open registration period, after which the lottery is automatically run. Students are randomly selected based on capacity limits, with those not selected being placed on a waitlist.
Note: Some districts opt for registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for ELOP-eligible students.
