For California K-12 Districts
Attendance Recovery
Your district's ADA funding is already allocated. The question is whether you're recovering it.
California allows districts to recover up to 10 ADA days per student per year through existing after-school programs. Attendly is the only platform that connects your Aeries absence data to after-school attendance — and shows you the dollars recovered in real time. Districts are already projecting $45K to $3M+ in annual recovery.

3 Grants
Base + Supplemental + Concentration through LCFF
How the LCFF Funding Formula Works for AR
Base Grant
Foundational per-student funding by grade level ($10,177–$12,460 per ADA)
Supplemental Grant
20% of base grant multiplied by your district's Unduplicated Pupil Percentage
Concentration Grant
Additional funding when UPP exceeds 55% — where the multiplier really kicks in
Higher UPP means higher recovery value per student. A district at 77% UPP recovers significantly more per day than one at 55%. Attendly calculates this automatically using your district's actual LCFF rates.
We've Been Doing This Since 2024
Attendly started building attendance recovery with California districts in February 2024 — before most vendors knew what EC §46211 was. Today, our districts are forecasting recovered funds, submitting apportionment data to CALPADS, and briefing their boards and cabinets monthly on AR revenue.
Forecasting Recovery
Districts see projected ADA recovery dollars in real time — before P-2 deadlines.
Submitting to CALPADS
First AR apportionment submissions already completed. Audit-ready from day one.
Briefing Boards Monthly
Superintendents and CBOs reporting AR revenue to their boards and cabinets every month.
