Family Communications
From the field. Families can’t act on what they never hear. A parent needs to know their registration went through, whether their child got a seat, and the PIN they’ll use at the door tomorrow morning. Attendly works with your district to send these messages by text and email, using the contact information already synced from your SIS, so families hear from you at the moments that matter.
Message sent.
To the contact synced from your SIS.
The pain
The right message to the right family shouldn’t depend on a mail merge.
Registration status, placement results, and check-in PINs all need to reach families quickly and accurately. When messages go out by hand, staff build contact lists from exports, copy and paste into email, and field calls from parents who never got the update. Outdated phone numbers and emails mean some families are left out entirely.
How it works
We work with your team to reach every family.

- 01
Start with current contacts
Messages go to the parent and guardian contact information synced from your SIS, so you’re not working from an old list.
- 02
Share registration status
Attendly works with your district to send families updates on their registration, such as when it’s received, enrolled, or waitlisted.
- 03
Send PIN assignments
Parents receive their check-in PIN by text and email, so they’re ready at the kiosk on day one.
- 04
Deliver placement lettersBeta
For districts running a lottery, Attendly prepares and sends parent letters with each family’s placement results.
- 05
Plan it with us
Our team works with yours to decide what goes out, when, and to whom.
